★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are typically nice but seriously over priced stores. The once attached coffee shop is no more, courtesy of provincial health edicts in the COVID-19 over reaction. As big as this store is, it only carries select books, and they have their own little Index of prohibited books they won'tsell you. This is quite the vile and Medieval policy, without the prayers for your soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a fabulous book that I didn’t even know about. Sunday afternoons browsing through books… can’t think of a better thing to do. Store is clean, well stocked. Love the variety of things you can buy here (other than books) for gifts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite pre-pandemic activities was walking around Indigo with a Starbucks in my hand. Starbucks is closed now, but the store is still a great place to escape for some quiet shopping. Indigo staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find a new book/new author.
Store is clean, brightly lit and organized. Bathrooms are clean. Great selection of paper goods, home decor as well as books.
