★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst business I have dealt with in the city of Calgary. Very rude and unprofessional. Managed to screw me out of a month of rent and a couple tickets for my display card being flipped up as it is a bad driving hassard.

Went to the Indigo Calgary office to fight a ticket I received for being 38 minutes past my day pass (which was $8) even though after 6 it's free parking for two hours. My requests for a dispute fell on plugged ears when dealing with an incredibly abrasive and confrontational receptionist.
If being abused as a cash cow is your goal. I would make it my objective to avoid Indigo Calgary at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had to make some parking arrangements at an Indigo managed lot, and Steve S was very understanding and prompt in replying to my inquiries and needs. Good communication that was clear and resulted in a positive overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the absolute worst. Gave me a $70 ticket, that I went in person to dispute. They said they would knock the $40 administration fee off. $40 admin fee! That’s more than the actual ticket. I was more wary moving forward and made sure I always scanned in right away, however this past weekend I was given a ticket on my windshield, in my friends apartment complex at Lakeview at Yorkville after I was 4 mins late putting in my parking info. Took me a few minutes to get into my friends building to scan the QR code and in those 4 mins from the parking lot, ti me going inside I was given a ticket. If I could give zero stars I would. Indigo parking is a sketchy money grab.
