★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. We were in the store three time looking at life jackets (they do have a very good selection) and were only asked once if we needed any help. Each time we were in the store for a good 10 to 20 mins and you wouldn’t have even known someone was work by the lack of help and attention we recieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Great selection and great staff. Always assumed that they were expensive because they Port Carling. Once I actually went in and looked around, realized they had great prices and we’ve been in many times now to outfit the kids and us for all sorts of water sports!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service by the staff and owner of Indian River Trading Company; recently needed a patch kit. I called the store and the staff were very polite told me they had good selection. When I went in I was probably assisted and advised what would work the best. Price was reasonable. Keep up the good work guys you deserve a 5-star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve shopped at Indian River for many years. This year I made a big purchase that I was very excited about, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. Kim immediately resolved the issue. Top notch customer service which will keep me as a customer for life.
