★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Paint Protection Film and a Window Tint done from Inception Auto Detailing on my 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance and they did an amazing job! Lorenzo and Natalie helped me through the whole process and made it super easy and seamless! They walked me through the whole process and explained it all before all the work was done and it was extremely professional and on time! Love the work and customer service from this shop and I would recommend anyone to come here and get work done on their car. Lorenzo and his team go above and beyond to make the experience worth it! Amazing work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was top notch. I made contact on-line through their website. I had many questions trying to figure out what services & products made sense for my new car. Lorenzo answered all my questions and made several suggestions that both made sense and saved me lots of hassles. All the documentation (quote, invoice, appointment updates, etc.) was done electronically making things super easy.
The work was outstanding (full vehicle PPF, all windows tinted, ceramic coating, screen protectors and full detailing). I was given a loaner vehicle while they completed the work. A last minute request was handled with ease. My new car was unexpectedly delivered with summer tires. Since it was January, I needed winter wheels fast. Pricing for everything was competitive and fair. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Would I recommend them to a good friend or relative? Absolutely!

They are also reasonably priced and the best part of their service is they offer loaner vehicle while your car is being looked after. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my brand new car to Inception Auto Detailing and received the utmost care from the time I booked my appointment until the moment I picked up my car once it was completed. All of the employees working are extremely personable, knowledgeable and look happy to help in any way they can! When I delivered my car I was unsure where to drop it off but within minutes I received a prompt personal message letting me know someone would be outside to greet me. From there I was able to drop off my car feeling confident and comfortable leaving my brand new car in the hands of employees and in specific with Lorenzo the owner of Inception. While my car was in the shop I received updates on what was being done and when it would be ready. The entire experience was very professional and personable coming from someone who doesn't know much about cars, the types of tints and detailing as everything was explained in such a simple manner! Since then I have gone back for regular detailing and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for amazing service on their vehicles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start of the experience from inquiring about services, scheduling, and booking the appointment I could tell that this is an extremely professional establishment. I had been shopping around many different shops and this place stood out to me enough to make the trip all the way from Michigan to Ontario. Lorenzo and his staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and masters of their craft.
If anyone has ever owned a Tesla they will tell you that PPF is a must, and that couldn't be even more true as after a week of ownership there were already a few paint chips in front of my car. Not only is the owner a Tesla enthusiast, he owns a couple and has a ton of experience working on them. I was even offered a Model 3 loaner while they worked on the car.
I went with the full body xpel matte and full ceramic coating and couldn't be happier. For some reason these cars are bug magnets and with the ceramic coating these bugs wipe off so much easier. I also had full ceramic coating done on my interior because I have the white interior and after several weeks it still looks brand new without any maintenance.
I had ceramic tinting done throughout the car and it's a game changer. It rejects heat making your AC much more efficient. The icing on the cake is that they charge your Tesla so you leave with a full charge.
On the day the car was completed it was raining pretty bad, and they advised to keep the car for another day to allow the film to settle. I went against their advice and drove back to Michigan. As a result some of the edges lifted, however when I was back in Canada the next time they addressed all the areas without question.

Friendly staff answered all my questions, the quality of work is perfection and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have something done professionally and properly. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from having a sun strip put in as well as a hydrophobic coating done on my windshield. I will highly recommend friends and family to have any of their detailing and tinting to just save the hassle and go here. Any future car I have I will be going here. Excellent job guys, thank you so much!
