She is able to still live at home because of the dedicated caregivers from INCASA and our family involvement. I like that the company is small and able to handle our requests quickly. They have been able to find the ‘perfect fit’ caregiver for our mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers - we were completely lost and had no idea where to start. Sonia helped us from day 1 and followed up regularly without us even being active clients at the time. Sonia and Zuzan have a compassion for helping others and their knowledge and expertise of home care and other resources available helped us immensely. Sonia walked us through the process of finding and managing care suitable for our mom when the other systems failed us, and also helped prepare us for hospital discharge etc. Sonia and Zuzan have an amazing team and I am thankful to have found them. They never hesitate to answer questions or help and treat everyone as family. Keep up the good work and keep making positive differences in peoples lives!!

They listen carefully, act quickly, and adapt to changes. Their staff are trained, very personable, and take pride in their work to ensure the people they provide care to, are happy and healthy. Our family feels very fortunate to be using Incasa to aid in what would otherwise be a very stressful time. Incasa and their staff have made this journey much easier for all our family & we are grateful.

I would definitely say the owners and mangers Zuzan and Sonia have made a company where they truly make you feel like you are family. They are easy going, take us seriously, and listen to any concerns we may have, they even work with us when it comes to our availability, wanting more shifts, time off for appointments. They try to go above and beyond for us staff and clients. I would definitely recommend Incasa to anyone looking for employment, or in needs of services.
