Before meeting Andrew we were lost in all actions we had to do from planning to get a building permit. Andrew and his crew took care of all steps and made our major house renovation to a stress free process. And their price was very adequate comparing to other estimates we have got. I got some really good experience, and, so far, it is my best experience. They work with each client individually and considering all the wishes and requirements. There are many reasons why I would recommend this company. ITHD professionals are very responsible, their work is perfectly organized and detail-oriented, they know how to satisfy clients meeting all the building and construction requirements, and, of course, they are aware of the present-day standards. All the designs they do are also cool and diverse. While I was working there, I never saw a disappointed or unsatisfied client.

I had to make several inquires and changes regarding my drawings ,always got an answer immediately. I am still old school and prefer to speak to a person which doesn't happen to often these days.
I would definitely use them again and ask my friends to use them
