Notre première commande en ligne avec vous et ça risque d'être la dernière. Le retour de courriel, de messagerie vocale laisse plus qu'à désirer voir absent. Votre réceptionniste n'est pas des plus cordial sans compter que la personne responsable de notre projet semble être dérangée lors de notre seule conversation de demande d'information.
Du moment que la commande est payée d'avance, nous sommes tributaires de votre production. Un retour d'appel ou par courriel sur des questions de confirmation serait fort utile. Nous attendons de recevoir nos produits dans les délais.
Svp, travaillez sur votre service à la clientèle, car c'est plus qu'ordinaire. Avec internet aujourd'hui, les possibilités de trouver d'autres fournisseurs sont immenses.
