Paul even offered for me to come in after the haircut if he missed anything, which was not required! Paul's professionalism went above and beyond. I'll be back to this location. -Am

It's a little out of the way at the moment but that's due to a connection to Stittsville they haven't built yet (coming soon they say). The staff are super friendly and very attentive. I get the exact cut I asked for every time. Especially Jeremiah who does a phenomenal job. What I really love about Imperial is that I can expect to see the same barber time after time. A lot of other places keep going through staff so you can't expect consistency.

She did a wonderful job cutting my husband and two young boys’ hair! They even had window markers so the boys could colour on the front window to keep them occupied!
