G	Gabriella Fiorino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered the Lean Bowl, and shortly after eating it I was vomiting for hours. I think that something in the salad (either the steak or one of the vegetables) was undercooked or contaminated and resulted in my first experience with food poisoning. I didn’t think I had to worry about this restaurant, let alone a SALAD, since it has decent reviews. I was just looking for a healthy meal as a stressed college student and ended up being sick for a whole day. Will never be ordering from here again.
A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The least reliable fast-casual in the city. Do NOT order from here unless you are picking it up yourself. Over the past two years, I have received: raw chicken (2-3 times), missing dressing (10+ times), dressing that is just balsamic vinegar without the olive oil (5+ times), no cutlery despite checking the box and including it in the notes (2 times), no juice despite paying $14 for it (2+ times). Like a couple of other restaurants, they highly inflate their prices on UberEats so you'll be paying $40+ for a 50% chance that you will NOT get what you ordered. If you have to order from here, use Ritual or the Impact app, the prices are cheaper. Pick it up yourself and check the items.
A	AK08 NYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend & I visited your Summerhill location this morning as we do every weekend. We love your menu and quality of food but staff could be more pleasant or happy. As we were trying to eat we notice 2 dogs inside your establishment. I asked one of your employees if you allow pets within the restaurant and she stated you are "pet friendly". Restaurants have high standards for cleanliness and animals (whatever the species) are dirty and carry bacteria. We are just trying to get over Covid and I have to share an indoor space with dogs? Dogs can attack each other and other patrons. If a dog bites a customer, what will the defense be. Many places don't allow children hence people can survive leaving their dogs outside or at home. If you do not change your policy we will have to seek other places to enjoy our breakfast with no pets admitted.
Q	Quincy Ly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always excellent here. The soups are the incredible and deserve more attention. I always want to order other stuff but I always end up ordering the burger! Service does tend to be a bit slow so allow extra wait time for your food.

Lots of options with a wide range of dietary adjustments possible. Food was good, definitely recommended if you're a healthy lifestyle kinda person. For me as a foodie who just came to eat the food was nothing mindnlowing or exceptional, but honestly just a solid decent meal with fresh ingredients. Works for when I'm meeting friends with strict dietary requirements ??‍♂️??‍♂️ (I'll give it a few more tries, so much to go through on the menu. So might update this later)
L	LAK F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open for dine in. A lot of food to choose from. It's great after a work out. It leaves you full without making you super full. I liked it. Flank steak could be better with taste but I guess cause it's "healthy" there's no salt in it.
J	Jimmy Buckets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOLY MOLY! i LOVED THE COFFEE! I went first time last week and this is now my regular coffee shop. I walked in with the beautiful smell of coffee beans and welcoming smiles from the cashier. Usually I get a double shot espresso from other locations but once I tried the drink here, the flavors were melting on my tongue. I came back from the gym and was very excited to eat my meal prep but I realized that impact kitchen had healthy meals for me. So instead I threw out my meal prep and decided to order Zesty Mexican and wow! it brought me back to 2013 when I went to Mexico. Honestly the food and coffee was amazing, and I am usually not the one to spend money but since I am a body builder I realized that eating healthy from Impact Kitchen gave me a leaner body and all my veins were popping out. Other than that, they have dine in and patio which is very nice if you also want to go there and study. I see many students trying to study here but is too distracted because of the magnificent food and drinks they offer. Great place!
