★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where is my ielts result ?. Because of u guys I was not able to apply for my application. Computer based exam results should be uploaded within 3 to 5 days but it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! i gave my ielts exam on 30th April 2021, they supposed to announce my online results by 5th may. On portal its showing results are not available and contact test center. They are not picking up calls and not replying to my emails.Even I went to the center two time but still no response. It is very important regarding future of individuals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst IELTS center ever. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place for taking a test. My test was at 8AM. I showed up at 7:40 am, they took about an hour to let everybody in the waiting room and then they were asking every single person in the room if their test is at 8AM, then they go "oh, there is so many of you, there has been a technical glitch in the registration system and some of you have been registered for 11AM test" just imagine such a mess. These guys have no regard for your time. I had to park my car elsewhere and pay for parking twice an had to wander around the streets for 3 hours. When I complained about the situation and wanted to drop out of the test, one lady from the staff said "come on, don't make a bad decision". Besides, they are not practicing any hygiene in this place, the washrooms were a mess with piles of paper towels in the bins and no proper cleaning when extra cleaning procedures had to be in place because of Covid. Just because you want to get your PR doesn't mean that they can be rude and do whatever they want to you. I was actually surprised when I saw nobody is complaining about delaying the test for 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t choose this center. I asked for stationary to one of the employees for twice, she told me that they will give later while we were in waiting room. After sometime, i got my final exam room and desk.now i asked for it again, and room supervisor told me that they won’t provide before 10min of exam. She was very rude, no sense of professionalism and angry in me that i need to have my own. When i asked her to meet manager, she was scared and rushed to find pencil for me. She found pencil for me and saying eraser isn’t there. Think about the case when u r giving paper based exam and eraser isnt provided. Then as i raised my voice against her, she became partial with me. She always started to distribute paper from 1st desk and ends with me. When she needed to collect papers, she always made sure that she picked up my answersheet first. What the hell is it!!!!!!!!!! Manager please train the staff. So that you can increase your rating. She is look alike medium height, healthy body, and black skin, red hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's most awful IELTS test center in Ontario. Most of the employees are rude, uneducated and irresponsible. They don't send the hard copy of the results by mail to save Canada post expense into their pocket. They give very low marks and everyone has bad experience with them.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a student at ILSC online school; classes were supposed to begin on April 4th, but the school did not send me an email with instructions to access the student platform or a link to the online class in time.
I ended up starting on April 5, 2022. Since I started, I've been asking when the test will be done to see if I can advance in level, however the teacher has still not given me an answer. The school, in my opinion, wants to keep the student at a certain level in order for the student to spend more money.
I've wasted two months and have no plans to complete the programme.
I began classes on April 5th and have yet to be informed when a test to determine my ability to advance in level will be held.
I have 94 percent English communication in classes.
Will I continue at the same level?
I'm so sorry, but it doesn't make sense at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars if possible. Totally agree with some previous reviews regarding unfair marking. I took IELTS academic years ago and my band for Speaking is 7.5 back then but they gave me 6.5 where I thought I should at least have gotten 8.0. This center is a complete joke, not to mention unprofessionalism of being disorganized throughout the registration process and keeping the candidates waiting for more than an hour before the actual test starts. I do not know why this center still exists, please hire more professional IELTS examiners to provide fair marking criteria instead of not giving a fk regarding the time and money dedicated to the test by the test takers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I had my academic paper based IELTS test there. It is so close to subway station, so it was easy for me to get there. Everything went well. Staff were supportive and headphones were perfect. Just remember to bring water in transparent bottles and don’t bring mechanical pencils. Everything went on time, speaking part was so sweet and comfortable. I had a good experience there.
