★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute experience/treat/pleasure dining here was. You don't find many of these gems around.
"Good food is like music you can taste, color you can smell. You need only be aware to stop and savor it” Gusteau - Ratatouille 2007. Watching the artists at work through the kitchen window and tasting their works of masterfully crafted flavors along with the explanations of every dish by the wonderful staff, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. This was more than just a meal, it was art.
A must try and will definitely come again when I'm in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience of the tasting menu is to die for! I really recommend taking the alcohol pairing along with the tasting menu as it is a nice experience to have. Honestly the food was extremely artistic and interesting, they combine a lot of flavours and style of cooking that I’m not generally accustomed to and they made it work! The one drawback for me is that I was still hungry after the meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I may have no words for this food Mecca. The courses were phenomenal — both in their presentation and flavor. Above all, it’s the all-woman team that ran the joint that evening — the cherry on top. There’s nothing like fantastic food fueled by girl power. I can’t wait to go back!
