Il semble que l'ensemble de votre équipe ne soit pas au courant du tarif normal pour la réparation d'une chaîne. Sachez que vous aviez été prévenus par téléphone que le prix de 25 dollars proposé était trop cher. Il n'a jamais été mentionné que le prix normal était de 20 $, je ne comprends donc pas pourquoi m'avoir demandé 25 dollars en premier lieu... Et non il n'y avait pas d'autre réparation à faire. À la suite de cet échange un tarif de 20 dollars m'a été proposé tout en indiquant que ce prix était normalement réservé aux chaînes plus petites, ce que j'ai évidemment compris mais préféré décliner car cela me parraissait encore trop cher pour une chaîne ne faisant que 2 millimètres de largeur. Il se trouve que Flora bijouterie m'a donné raison en me proposant un tarif régulier de 12 dollars. J'y ai déjà fait la réparation d'une montre et tout comme vous ce magasin propose un excellent service, sauf qu'il le fait à des tarifs raisonnables, qui ne nécessitent donc pas d'être négociés. Marie-Soleil a réussi a lui donner une présence dans un design tout en équilibre qui allie la délicatesse à la force. Chopin avait raison : "la simplicité est la réussite absolue". Celia got back to me super soon after and let me know that they make all their rings in other sizes as well and help me put in the order. The rings were shipped and received within a week (in Ottawa). They fit just perfectly and look amazing. I’m very happy with the experience, I’d definitely recommend and buy more in the future!
