★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcrowded parking lot. Everywhere you go in Banff you gotta pay for parking. Free parking spot way is ways from the store. can’t even make A quick stop at the grocery store. Took me almost 10 minutes circling around until I found a spot. Never going here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally a great store. Too bad they put an a-hole outside on Christmas Eve to turn people away when showing up too close to closing time(understandable). Very rude, confrontational, argumentative, and happy to point fingers at everyone outside. No Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays, definitely did not leave a good impression on the rest of their outstanding and friendly staff. My fault for showing up too late, his fault for the sour taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living in canmore for years, I do understand it could be harsh working in a tourist town but I had the worst service ever in my 6 years in the area at this store.
First of all, it’s one thing the lady at the cash didn’t greet me, I was fine thinking she was just tired. It’s another thing when I friendly said hi to her and got no response, no eye contact, literally THREW my food item to the bagging area after she scanned it, didn’t care to even look and see if I was ready to pay. I decided to be a bigger person and wished her a better night and walked out. Now I started to wonder if all the “not white enough” reviews were true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here yesterday. Staff are nice, very clean and reasonably priced considering it’s high end location. We indulge on treats and lunch with my family whenever we drop by at this grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great IGA! It's in a convenient location, decent sized parking lot and they have a big selection of food! One downside is there is no self checkout and it can get quite busy but it's a good store overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location within walking distance of many different hotels and a solid selection of everyday essentials. However there is a limited amount of items for anything dog related. Staff were friendly and fast. I would recommend shopping here for your everyday essentials.
