Service impeccable, nous avons seulement acheté 2 petites fenêtres de sous-sol et nous avons eu le même service que si nous avions acheté pour 25 000$ de portes et fenêtres. Gens très serviables et compétents, installations sans reproche et propre, absolument rien à ramasser ou nettoyer après leurs passage. Ils ont compris, ça va être les premiers que nous irons voir pour le reste de fenêtres à venir.
Finally people who understood ... Impeccable service, we only bought 2 small basement windows and we had the same service as if we had bought doors and windows for $ 25,000. Very helpful and knowledgeable people, faultless and clean facilities, absolutely nothing to pick up or clean up after they've been there. They understood, it will be the first we will see for the rest of the windows to come.

Le maître-installateur s’est déplacer pour venir prendre les mesures et s’assurer que tout était conforme avant de passer la commande. On nous appelle quelques jours avant l’installation pour confirmer et nous donner quelques directives. Les installateurs ont fait un travail impeccable. Rien à dire. Des pros sur toute la ligne.?
A1 service. Stéphane took the time to inform us and validate our choices. The master installer came to take the measurements and make sure that everything was in order before placing the order. We are called a few days before the installation to confirm and give us some instructions. The installers did an impeccable job. Nothing to say. Pros across the board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTION ATTENTION à cette conpagnie! J'ai signer un contrat avec eux pour un travail-- la vendeuse m'a mit une date, mais m'a dit que generalement le travail se fait avant. Après avoir attendu des mois -- j'ai recu un appel de leur part disant que la commende allait être encore retarder de plusieurs mois. J'ai rappeler une responsable pour lui dire que je vais changer mon projet, donc je ne veux plus faire affaire avec eux-- elle m'a transferer un gars qui dit être le patron qui m'e dit que je ne serai pas rembousser mon depot de plus de 1000$ et qu'une fois le produit arrive, il va venir l'intaller veut ou veut pas. Vraiment quelques mois plus tard j'ai eu un appelle de leur part pour l'intallation du produit que j'avais annulé... envoyer des messages pour le remboursement sans réponse. Ils chantent qu'ils ont 40 ans d'experience- mais veulent aussi volé les gens.
ATTENTION ATTENTION to this company! I signed a contract with them for a job - the saleswoman gave me a date, but told me that usually the job is done before. After waiting for months - I got a call from them saying the order was going to be delayed for several more months. I called a manager back to tell her that I am going to change my project, so I don't want to do business with them anymore - she transferred me a guy who says to be the boss who told me that I will not be repossessed my deposit of more than 1000 $ and that once the product arrives, it will come to install it want or not want. Really a few months later I got a call from them for the installation of the product I had canceled ... messaging for the refund with no response. They sing that they have 40 years of experience - but also want to rob people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, ça fait deux fois en quatres jours qu'ils oublient de se présenter à notre rendez vous. Bien content de ne pas avoir commandé avec eux j'ose pas imaginer le service une fois qu'ils ont notre dépôt.
Very bad service, it's twice in four days that they forget to show up for our appointment. Very happy not to have ordered with them I dare not imagine the service once they have our deposit.
