I will never have my prescriptions filled in this pharmacy again and I have moved my business to another Forbes pharmacy where the staff are kind and willing to take care of those in need. I will only return to this location if I need poor service and rude remarks

K	K Serry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this specific pharmacy I regret going there. It’s amazing how you have people who love to help and others who just don’t love their job. The manager/pharmacist there unbelievably dislikes her job, I have given this place so many chances and never got a good vibe. You ask a question it’s always the same answer with an attitude of “ it’s common sense, use your brain “ No we didn’t study medicine therefore we would need to ask you confusing questions to us even though it’s common sense to you... You should be happy that you are in a position to help people daily, use it to your advantage rather than mistreating people. I hope everyone who reads this stick up for themselves and give honest and true feedback if you ever feel like you have been treated wrong!

Sue in particular has always ensured I feel supported and listened to with any questions I may have. Perhaps the negative reviews are from days where the pharmacists and staff have had a particularly taxing day (as anyone in customer service can understand). I would very much recommend this pharmacy:)

My husband and I have used this pharmacy for the last 23 years and trust them completely. They are knowledgable about their products and are eager to assist when asked. I was also there when a staff member showed patience and caring while trying to help a client who needed a prescription refilled but did not have a renewal for it. They really do go above and beyond to help.
