At the time, it was nothing more than an idea but with Richard’s patience and guidance, the idea came to fruition. Richard and his team helped us with ideating and naming our business, designed our logo and branding, and built a customized appointment and ecommerce website. They also helped us to understand areas that weren’t necessarily within their wheelhouse and helped us to engage with the experts in those areas at the appropriate time. It was an intricate project, so there were bumps in the process, as was expected. That said, Hyphen was on top of any known issues and even some that I didn’t even know about.
