They were able to get my plow truck in to repair the plow on short notice. they got it fixed and I was back out the door in about an hour. definitely worth going to I drive an hour in good weather just to go there for the awesome customer service.

Allen came out and helped me get them out of the trunk. Followed up on service. And helped load them back in a week later when everything was done. Exceptional service!!!! I will be a return customer moving forward.

I needed a tire for my lawn tractor, had one in stock, told me they could fix it right away. In and out in 15mins for a tire remove and replace plus a new valve stem. Price was great, service was fast and right the first time...How can you ask for more? I have purchased many new pieces of equipment and parts and have never been disappointed. Their prices are competitive with the local market. The only complaint for me was that they were on the opposite side of the city from me. But it wouldn't be Hyde Park Equipment if it wasn't in Hyde Park. Very happy that they have opened a london south location right around the corner from Hwy 401 & Manning Dr exit. Easy access now from south London and surrounding areas. Have yet to visit due to covid but online it looks very big and new. Lots of equipment to choose from. New and used. If you need small engine tools, lawn and garden equipment, farming equipment, parts, sales and services you should check them out, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!!!
T	Tim Stephen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal; waited for along time standing the parking lot while no one worked the parts counter; then went to the service dept to ask a question where I found 5 employees all standing there talking about their long weekend and what they had done. Was told to go back and wait in the parking lot like an animal. Then tried to go ask a question to sales and the guy there couldn't have been ruder. Was told by service that they answer the phones 1st and customers that actually came to the store had to wait. After waiting 20 mins in the parking lot I left and went around the corner to Huron Tractor where they were prompt pleasant, informative and didnt treat me like an animal out doors. They were very helpful and I bought new Stihl equipment there. I will never ever go back to Hyde Park equip. Shop at Huron Tractor for anything Stihl.
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a RTV 900 last year. After 3 weeks the fuel filter leaked diesel all over my shop floor. They charged me to pick it up and repair it. They charged $450 for a PDI that should have spotted it. Had to argue that they pay for picking up and fixing their bad PDI and warranty repair. The service person I first talked to even asked "did you try to change the fuel filter?" What a stupid question!!! On a new vehicle for my business why would I want to do anything to it. Then I had to argue with the book keeper there as they screwed up the credit. DON'T deal with them. I'm done with that dealer!!!
