★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iconic statue overlooking Lake of the Woods (city of Kenora). It is on the shoreline of Safety Bay, within McLeod Park. The park is beautiful, there are great views of the Bay, skyline of the city and the Goodwill Geyser, another iconic sight. Every hour on the hr., the geyser erupts some 209ft/75m. Free parking and easy access from the Trans-Canada Hwy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too much to see here but it is a good spot to get out and stretch the body out. Could make some good sunset pictures here as the background is incredible. Small parking area and small park too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently under renovation and covered by scaffolding. Also, while it's not really ol' Husky's fault, the path to the lakefront is flooded out so there's no nice lakefront stroll to be had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly life changing. From the moment I was born I absolutely hated fish. I would scream and cry when I was to see one of those scaly little demons. I had to be sent to a special non-fish boarding school. The moment I layed eyes on this beautiful, extraordinary statue My mind changed I now love fish and even aspire to become one myself. I might just make a religion out of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park by the lake, good place to take photos. Flowers and rocks are very beautiful. It's a family place. There is a bride and groom taking their photo session while we are visiting the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another fun novelty of travelling in Canada and seeing the sights. There's a parking spot right across from the muskie and then you walk over a short distance under a bridge to get here. Nice spot with good views.
