★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids...teens...and young adults and even adventurous seniors if you are in good shape to handle the rigor of the course.....but be sure to book ahead as there are usually no walk ups.....and great free splash pad park to boot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 year old and 8 year old had a blast. Was pretty busy though. Easy to get to, and good parking. Nice beach too for the rest of us with picnic tables nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park was really cute and great for kids. Play structure is a little old, but fun for my 2 yrs old. The park and views of the lake were great, saw some geese, and a mom and baby deer walking around in the morning, and the water was very calm. The splash pad looks great and it is quite large to play on. And then we saw Hoopla island too. He is too young for it, but I have heard it is great for older kids and even some adults.
This is right behind the railway museum and dairy queen as well, so lots to do.
