I love coming here. There's tons of wildlife to watch and the scenery is beautiful. When the river isn't too high ots a great place to go rock hunting. There are some very nice paths throughout the park, and they're all accessible for everyone. Great place for a jog and birdwatching. You can even feed the friendly birds by hand. The bathrooms are always disgusting so make to use one before going. The mosquitos can be really really awful. Use bug spray.

I enjoy walking here with the family. The river view is quite nice and calm. Most people that you come across here are very polite and nice, I don't think I've ever had an issue walking here. In the summer we usually walk here once a week.

Nice walking trails. Several benches and picnic tables along the way to stop and take in the scenery. Keep an eye out for the carvings in the trees. People often hide painted rocks in the park as well and if you bring bird seed the chickedees will eat from the palm of your hands. One of the best parks in PG.

Very peaceful, trails are an ease, greeted each time by squirrels, chickadees and I highly recommend to bring seeds for them! Always a nice stroll to have on those days when a break from everything is needed! Best time I found was at sunrise in mid summer....and the robins join in too!
