Husky Midstream owns and operates approximately 2,200 kilometres of pipeline in the Lloydminster region, 5.9 million barrels of oil storage capacity at Hardisty, Alberta and Lloydminster, Alberta, and other ancillary infrastructure assets. It is responsible for blending Western Canadian Select, the benchmark for heavy Canadian crude oil.
Partnership Structure
The Company is owned by CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI) (16.25%), Power Assets Holdings Limited (48.75%) and Husky Energy Inc. (35%). Husky is the operator. On January 1, 2021 Cenovus Energy acquired Husky Energy.
CKI and Power Assets are global infrastructure companies trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
