I stayed at Glenwood for 3 years. Overall was good experience. Had Neeraj during renewal and checkout. He was very professional.

The experience as a whole was expedited and fairly user friendly. There are definitely improvements could be make on ease the restrictions / lower the bar on accommodating travelling workers who may not consider this place as their permanent place. I’d like to personally thank Mr. Neeraj Singh for accommodating my request in a short notice, I appreciate his dedication on finding the right place for me, and all the work he had done behind the scene.

AMAZING hospitality and great help from Neeraj Singh! He was more then helpful with getting us into a Beautiful well modernized apartment! they really do put tenant's first with anything! I have heard terrible things about this place but i did not believe and neither should you! no worries living in a great established environment! if u plan on moving in tell them Dylan frying pan referred you and we could both receive $250 rent credit after 90 days!

I have been with Avenue Living for a few months now , and I am extremely impressed on how kind the staff are , how issues get resolved pretty fast , how they help there community with food donations and much more , from what I have noticed they take pride in there jobs. But I give big thanks to Neeraj one of the best leasing agents I have met , Neeraj is always there and ready to answer any questions and concerns I may have about my unit and I have noticed that he never passes the buck onto someone else , If you want things done and fast he is your man.

So far so good. Whenever we need the maintenance, they are here right away and get things fixed. The rental office here is filled with very polite and kind workers.

if you can find anywhere else try to!! They over priced, nothing gets fixed, and when they do try to do anything it takes months and then its still not done right - was told i just had to live with leaking taps by maintenance when complained of leaking sink and he couldn't fix it. Laundry machines barely ever work, the card loading machine for laundry will say transaction not complete but still charges you but won't load the money onto your card so basically stealing from you. Doesn't matter who you talk to its someone elses problem over 2 years with this problem and counting even though i have been told numerous times it will be fixed soon. not very secure building alot of the doors do not close properly behind people baerly need to use my kep to get in ever took over a year to actually get a designated parking spot that i had been paying for because there was not one for my unit and they just never cared. i had to find diferent spots in the winter to plug in depending on what spots were empty ad powered. no refund or anything was told it wasn't their fault i couldn't find my spot no matter how many times i told them it didn't exist. Zero accountability or respect for tennat. They will find every excuse not to help you and blame you for the problems. WORSE RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! EDIT:: Thanks for the useless response, I have heard this from you guys more then once that someone will be in contact to try and resolve my issues or to call the customer number and i have and you guys do nothing except blame everything and anything else so that you don't have to be responsible, or you cycle me thru so many departments and people to waste my time saying they are looking into it but nothing ever comes of anything. Your response was merely to save face in a public space and look like you care when you don't.

Best prices in town, hands down one of the best living experience. Everything’s gets fixed right away. I called into their customer service and a person named Moe called me back. He was very professional and quickly took ownership of my complaints and within 24 hours I had maintenance in my unit to fix my sink. I feel very safe living with avenueliving. Good job and strongly recommend if you are looking for a great home and community
