Awful experience. Left me in lurch which is very dangerous for my reproductive health. Did not send info to my family dr. Would not return my calls after they called me and wouldn't leave a voicemail. Accommodated 3 reschedule only to be blamed for my time being wasted. Had to beg my job for time off has zero understanding of the needs of poor or precarious patients. Staff lied about proceedure for iud leading me to pick up a 400 $script thats now unusable. Didnt read my chart or any notes. Dr was an hour wait and wont treat me until october despite the very real problems that are interrupting my school and work life. Disempowers patients with poor and misinformation then blames them. For a dr very poorly educated. Would never go back. Complained to health team and due to numerous similar experiences the office will no longer refer here. Awful human overall no beside manner.

Easy going and friendly staff! I felt comfortable in my surroundings. Doctor Dube was to the point, professional, offered great thoroughness and is informative! I did not feel rushed. :) Thanks!

I originally had this doctor when I was in my early 20's and had no issues or complaints with her practice. As of recently, I needed to see a gynecologist again and had my family doctor give me a referral to Dr. Dube, as I've been to her before and was comfortable going there. After explaining the issues I was having, she sent me for an ultrasound, which came back indicating I had internal cysts on my female organs. She prescribed me birth control, which she claimed would regulate my periods, control the heaviness, and get rid of the cysts. After being on the birth control for three months my periods got worse. I had constant heavy bleeding for over a month straight, which Dr. Dube said was normal on the birth control and would regulate over time. I was also getting severe headaches on a daily basis, which Dr. Dube said to continue with things as they are and she might look into switching the type of BC at my next appointment, 5 months later. She also mentioned that the BC had cured the cysts and that they were all gone. In response, I showed her a picture of my ultrasound and asked her what the marks were and she insisted that they were nothing. A few days after my appointment, I called Dr. Dube's office because my symptoms hadn't changed and I was worried, I had previously mentioned to her that I never experienced these symptoms in my whole life. After the receptionist relayed the message to Dr. Dube, they offered to schedule me an appointment on May 2nd, which was almost 1 month later, and didn't offer any advice in the meantime. I immediately called my family doctor, who then sent me for new blood work and an ultrasound. The findings were that my Ferritin, which was already low dropped down by 10 points and my B12 decreased by 200 points. My family doctor also informed me that the cysts were not gone. I'm really at a loss for words and cannot believe a medical practitioner can play with someone's body and wellbeing like that. I will never be going to her again!

I love Dr. Dube! She’s very friendly and has a great personality. Been seeing her for over 6 years and never had an issue with her. She’s great with my two daughters when they accompany me to my appointments. I always recommend her!

Dr. Dube truly cares about her patients, recently had some complications and she was very accommodating and understanding. She’s super knowledgeable and informative. Remember she does deliver babies so that does factor into why appointments are moved often.

I love Dr Dube and I wouldn't go to different gyno ever. She is fantastic! I've been going to her for many tears and she always makes me feel relaxed and at ease. She has a great sense of humor and a great personality. I took one star off because there have been occasions where I had to wait 2 hours to get into an appointment. She is worth the wait but 2 hours is extreme. Other times I have gotten in immediately. I think it's a scheduling issue and they shouldn't book so many people in a day to avoid this issue. Otherwise I have no complaints. Even the secretary is nice!

I was a patient of Dr Dube years ago for my first pregnancy. After recently having another child I’ve seen a lot the things I put up with in the office were completely unacceptable. I came in for a weekly appointment as I was 10 days until my due date, was also my first pregnancy and I was only 20. I had noticed that I had a more than difficult time trying to walk and had stated my left leg hurt a lot when I would try to or stand I was then brushed off by being told “that’s normal.” No one attempted to investigate further. I went home and I tried sitting in a bath, massaging my leg, using a heating pad nothing worked. With being told that it was normal I did nothing for the evening. Next morning the pain was excruciating and went to my nearest emergency room. I was rushed through and given a wheelchair this is when I knew this was far from normal. After several tests I had an answer I HAD A BLOOD CLOT IN MY LEG!!!!! I went into this office and was brushed off with no care when I had a life threatening issue and was immediately admitted to the hospital and had to come up with a care plan for in case I died trying to birth my first child at 20 years old! I pray that not all young mothers are treated this way in her office. Should be ashamed!!!

I saw Dr. Dube in December 2020. I had an excellent experience. Dr. Dube is friendly and personable. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease at what could be a very uncomfortable awkward "lady" appointment. Her nurse was very kind and chatted with me about my family, and her front desk staff were also very kind. My wait time was reasonable, both in the waiting room and in the actual patient room. I did not feel as though I was left for a long or unreasonable amount of time. I will definitely see Dr. Dube again for my routine paps as well as any other issues requiring her field of expertise. I am not sure why the reviews on here were negative, I did not experience a single thing to complain about. I would 100% recommend her to any friends or family looking for a female OB/Gyne.
