R	Roy Austin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my daughter went here for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. This was my worst experience ever, the staff are very unfriendly and uneducated. I simply wanted a quote and the type of lenses offered, and the price I was quoted was ridiculously more than DOUBLE than what I was quoted from 3 Opticials within 5 km range from this place. A friend of mine that has also been there told me they dont accept her insurance because they have a history of fraudulent activity and bad rapport with major insurance companies. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM INSURANCE WHEN YOU PURCHASE HERE.

I've had a great experience here over there years and have gotten some of my favourite glasses. The staff are good at helping you pick out the best pair for your face type and look. There's also a wide selection with a good price range.

Since the day we purchased the glasses, he' had issues with vision with his new bifocal glasses. He had done a re-test two times, the staff are very uneducated and have no knowledge of optical experience. They dont even have a registered Optician working to help rectify issues. After we got home my husband noticed a scratch that was not there before the repair. We called and the lady refused that she had done anything and was very rude when we brought it up. Last time I will ever go here, my sister and her whole family was going to be referred but bot anymore. Very unprofessional and customer service his horrid! I will also report them to the College, as they commit fraudulent activity with insurance companies.

Dr. Suhaib and staff exceeded all those expectations by a long shot. By far the best, most efficient and effective Doctors visit I can remember. The eye exam was seamless, the selection for glasses was a lot bigger than I anticipated and the staff were accommodating and professional. Couldnt be happier!! Life time customer added ✔

I’m very picky it took me long to decide on a pair. Went past closing time, they were patient and did not rush me which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this lovely clinic and staff.
