★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment months in advance, engineer came to town and was no-showed. We didn't even get a phone call, I had to call and we were told he would be back in a few weeks. Again nothing, called back and had to remind them who I was. I found someone local so I called to cancel the work, no apologies or questions, just ok bye.
