I wish there was an option for sub-fair. Getting a hold of any banker at any time during their impossibly short banking hours is an exercise of immense frustration. Wait times are always unnecessarily long. The staff don't know when take short cuts in banking practices and when to be more stringent. The staff frequently have no idea what they are doing. Even a deposit can be painful. You are better off trying to do everything with the ATM at this branch. Worst bank branch ever.

Once they got you inside, Forget About customer service. Takes for ever to reach someone. Nobody ever there picks up the phone. Then you have to go via India who are very difficult to understand and still can't get through either! I often spend days emailing and calling without any answer... and that's for them to sell me one of their products!

Bad experience with HSBC. Hard to get an appointment and agent doesn't call to give an update. Waste of time trying for both checking account and credit card. Not professional at all.

not as expected. Wanted to open an account with them, but they do not tell you everything upfront. They do not advertise it but its pretty much a bank for the internaional elite. You will only get good service only if you have 100 000$ in you bank account. Even when I visited, I felt judged because of my income. They are pretty select and do not hesitate to refuse you accounts based on your income and your credit. Yes they make a credit check inquiry for a chequing account, not to validate for fraud but, to give you a regular checking account. Go to other candian banks.

I would give 0 star if it was possible! Had in person qnd phone call appointments with A. She even didn't have enough information to know what kinds of benefits has been mentioned in their website, and for the phone call she didn't call me and when I called her she said she had another appointment and didn't respond to me anymore! Don't even bother to go there!

Quite pleased with the service all around at this location. Friendly staff and, despite unusually limited hours, decent teller wait times. If you are considering this location, dismiss the comments speaking to the poster's experience with call centre reps as they are not reflective of the Branch.

The customer service were chatting when there was a long line of customers waiting in front of the desk. And the customer service did not know how to proceed a request of collecting a written cheque prepared and left THERE by a manager...maybe they even need to train how to store their documents.

I ordered a new MasterCard and set this bank as my “default” bank. Went in person to validate a bunch of information. It took them too long to submit my info to Mastercard so my card arrived late. Several emails went unanswered when I tried to fix the issue. Leaving 2 stars because the guy at the counter was nice.
