She was extremely helpful and patient with finding us the best plan that suited our needs, all the while limiting costs. In the end she guided us to a package that was tailored to our specific requests and just as importantly, in a timely manner. Her transparency throughout sets her apart.
Final note: Unlike most brokers who throw you to the wayside once onboarded, she goes to bat for her clients down the line as well. We recently had a dispute about an R&C charge (per treatment vs per hour) and reached out to Gianna. She challenged them and got an employee an extra payout of 148.67$ through sheer determination. That employee was me haha, thanks again!
