HOP is a place like no other. I've been to several fitness facilities. At HOP whether you are a seasoned athlete or a beginner wanting to start making changes you will be guided and challenged to your individual needs, with attentive closely guided coaching and each and everyone's levels in mind. After attending HOP for 3 years I couldn't be happier to be apart of such a positive, health minded team! I encourage YOU to give HOP a try. I joined a nutritional challenge with HOP fitness and it was a great experience. They were well organized, supportive and the program had great recipes to try. I learned so much about my own eating habits and made several positive changes.

HOP is a great and friendly atmosphere to stay in shape. No matter what your fitness level is, everyone is encouraged to work within their own abilities while still being a part of the group workout. Everyone is there to help and encourage you to be your best!!

HOP Fitness - challenging workouts, friendly members, encouraging staff, and an incredibly positive environment. I have been attending regular classes at HOP Fitness for over a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. HOP has encouraged me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and has continuously challenged me to be a better athlete. They have done a fantastic job navigating through the current pandemic, offering remote training alongside in-person classes. Every workout I’ve ever done at HOP, both remote and in-person, has pushed me and left me feeling accomplished for the day. The coaches and members are absolutely incredible and always encourage you to push yourself to be your very best. I would highly recommend HOP Fitness to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or continue improving as an athlete.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve always had trouble sticking with a healthy lifestyle and a consistent workout routine. I’ve fallen off the wagon more times than I’d like to admit too. Recently I hit my 2 year anniversary with HOP. That’s 2 years of regular workouts, 2 years of actually enjoying showing up to the gym. The coaches at HOP are top of the line and are able to modify any of the work outs to accommodate any and all abilities. I can’t recommend this place enough!

An excellent facility. They have small classes which helps doster a supportive, nurturing environment. I was terrified when I fist went, but love it there now and have made great strides with my fitness goals due to the fantastic coaching!

Since joining HOP Fitness over 2 years ago I have made incredible health and wellness changes that I have been able to maintain. The supportive fitness and nutrition coaches at HOP have helped me find success despite a global pandemic and sporadic gym closures. Whether you are new to fitness or looking to switch up your current routine I highly recommended HOP Fitness.
