When I stumbled onto fitness in my early 40s I was out of shape, heavy, rough mentally and concerned with health issues that run in my family’s history. Since then fitness has become a true passion. Functional fitness is not only a hedge between sickness and wellness, it is an opportunity to compete and try my hardest on a daily basis. It is an investment in ourselves but it is also a gift of our best selves to the people that care about us. I love coaching, learning, teaching and training. Everyday in the gym is a WIN.

I have been to a couple other crossfit boxes in Saskatoon and what stands out to me about this gym is that the owners are very genuine and care about the athletes in their gym. It is fun, chill, and a great little team environment. I have picked up some awesome tips about form and technique that I hadn't learned at other gyms as well. Highly recommend!
