I deleted my initial review because it no longer accurately portrays the entirety of my experience. After learning about my dissatisfaction, Shelly reached out to me. Her professionalism, sincerity, and commitment to client satisfaction far exceed anything I could have imagined. It is always unfortunate when clients are unhappy, but it's gonna happen sometimes. We all have bad days, and some people are hard to please. The abundance of 5 star reviews shows that Honey Hair and Body overwhelmingly delivers great service and customers leave happy. It is easy to keep happy clients happy. It is a challenge to make an unhappy client happy.
All the staff I met were welcoming, friendly, and clearly wanted their clients to be satisfied, and all the other clients were. I witnessed some amazing transitions with dry cutting.
Honey Hair and Body deserve all those 5 star ratings; they consistently do awesome work! They deserve this 5 star rating because on the extremely rare occasion that something isn't awesome they don't get defensive or blame or ignore the client, they seize the opportunity to make it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayla took her time to thoroughly consult, cut and style my hair. She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about hair care. She answered all of my questions and helped me develop a new hair routine. She inspired me to go home and read all the ingredients in my products. I honestly learned so much from this one meeting and she gave me the best hair cut I've ever gotten. My hair was so bouncy and much curlier when I left! I'm so happy that i finally found a hairdresser that actually understands how to cut and style curly hair. I will definitely go back!
