 I changed all the office ceiling lights last year and they are very meticulous.
I think the price is also reasonable.

I made a phone inquiry on installing EV charger at my house and clearly described the scope of work required (as I have already received number of different quotes). The electrician gave a brief quote over the phone saying it will cost $700-1000 and assured me that the actual quote will not differ much when he comes for a site visitation for $100. After the site visitation, he said the initial quote is no longer valid and that it will now cost $800+ more at $1850
This guy is a joke - he pretty much just got free $100 "site visitation" fee for spending 15 minutes to measure distance
I personally would not recommend using this electrician. There are many other electrical servicing available providing "honest", more accurate, and even more affordable pricing in the lower mainland
