★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just awful service, sleazy sales guy, shady business practices. 2 years with this company and it was a nightmare. They were incredibly unhelpful, tried to charge for their mess ups and tried to charge us for a year after we stopped operating even with no contract. Squirrels system is years behind the other POS companies. Go with touch bistro, they are 10x better, easier to work with and user friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned Squirrel is launching a new cloud based POS. Squirrel sales team are soliciting small businesses with offers of free POS in exchange for testing them. I was searching for a new cloud based POS when I was approached by Christine. I was attracted to the idea of building a relationship with a software developer that might give my growing company an advantage. Huge mistake. Seems to be a culture in this company to lie. I was lied to by everyone I communicated with. Joe, Stacey, Christine, Michael, Kenneth. After 7 months Squirrel Cloud was unable to offer me a single feature or integration that they promised. I was shocked to discover this company has no idea how a QSR functions and is light years behind on restaurant tech. Ironically, every one of the 3rd party companies they put me in front of warned me to stay clear of Squirrel. I'm a fool for not listening. In the end Im out $1300 in integration fees and 7 months. Owners Joe and Stacy wont respond to my email requests for reimbursement. Stay away from Squirrel products, this company doesn't understand the needs of their clients.
