Our sales consultant was Geoff Pleli who was outstanding and down to earth who went above and beyond in making sure we were totally satisfied in purchasing our vehicle. Upon delivery Geoff sat with us and totally make sure we were comfortable with all equipment on the vehicle before we left the dealership. It was truly a pleasure and fantastic experience dealing with Geoff and Woodstock Honda. Kudos to you Geoff for a job well done ? we definitely will be back in the future.

In the past, buying a car has been a painful process but Geoff made the experience super easy! He went over everything about the car and was extremely friendly so I felt confident with my purchase. β β β β β I couldn't recommend Dubois Honda more. Geoff, the salesperson, was welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel at home. All of our questions were answered and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He even stayed past closing to give us time to decide on our purchase and complete the deal. I've been car shopping for a month and I'm so happy that my spouse and I made the trip to Woodstock. I cannot wait to pickup my new to me Honda next week. On top of the great customer service, the quality of Honda vehicles is top notch. It's always a good sign when the staff drive the same make as the dealership. I 100% recommend visiting Geoff at Dubois Honda.

β β β β β We had a great experience buying. Many people went above and beyond. No pushy sales tactics. Looked out for our best interests. Colin (sales) was professional, thorough, and patient. Ian (finance) was great and personable.
The service dept has always been great with repairs of our prev vehicle.

β β β β β Dubois Honda is an example to be emulated by other dealerships when it comes to providing customer service. I reached out to to Chris, who referred me to his son, Stephane. And boy o boy, what a visit I had! Never for even a second I felt being pushed or pressured. The service center team did an amazing job on my Passport. The deal I got for my new lease offer was so good that I had only one option: To just accept it :) The Financial Services Manager, Ian, is a thorough professional and knows how to make sure the client does not feel cornered. The icing was, when I was about to leave, Chris on a trot comes to thank me in the parking lot. The Dubois family and their staff are simply over the top. I will highly recommend Dubois Honda for anyone who either owns a Honda, or will be owning a Honda. They are simply the best of the best :):):)
