This is the worst dealership I ever went to. The biggest purchase and regret of my life. As a first time buyer looking for a used car, I never expected their service to be so dishonest. As soon as you walk in and sit with them, all they do is give you promises that they can't even keep. They said the car will be ready within the next week yet it wasn't, they were still cleaning the car and masked so much dirtiness. They didn't even give me proper winter and summer tires but only the tires that came with the car that potentially could've killed me. Can you imagine walking out from the dealership and to know that they could've been the reason that you got an accident!?! Mr. Simon Cyr and his used sales car manager Mr. Jonathan Nado are absolutely too faced. They tell you things that they will do to sell or help but in the end, they never even give you an update. If I had known that they were like this before, I absolutely wouldn't have bought my car or any car here.

Excellent and honest service! My car was recalled by Honda. I called this dealership and I got the inspection and the installation of the part on the same day (OTHER dealership insisted on having the inspection on a day and I would need to come for part installation on a different day!!!). Courteous, professional and friendly service.

Great experience! Nice people and good service. I bought a honda civic and they streamlined the process as much as they could. There were no delays and the car was in perfect condition when I went to pickup the car. A big thanks to François for taking the time to setup the entertainment system with my phone before I left.

Brought my car for a tire change to Honda Ile Perrot in order to put my summer tires. They damaged one of my tires with an inch cut on the sidewall all the way inside and they insisted that the damage was done before bringing the car to the dealership. Impossible - Tire would’ve gone flat while driving Spoke with the rep and he told me the damage was on the inner sidewall of the tire - he lied as according to the rotation and the marks(RF - Right Front) the damage was on the outer sidewall. Emailed the Manager Gino Boucher as he was out of the office explaining everything that happened and he didn’t even take the time to reply to my email he just texted me to call him. Called him and from the beginning he changed the whole story saying that was a misunderstanding(about the location and how they dealt with the crack)and insisting the tire was damaged before they got the car. Very disrespectful and didn’t want to take responsibility For the tire. He really didn’t care about dealing with a customer, I guess he’s just another employee that doesn’t care about the brand he’s supposed to be representing Very disappointed at Honda for this experience - will never go back to that dealer and will never buy another Honda car when my lease ends.

Bought a used crv from them. The process was well done and communication was very easy. There were two small problems: finance manager agreed to warranty at a price that I said to make the deal..then came back $200 higher and when asked said thought he heard me day soemthing different...which my daughter and I both clearly heard wasn't worth not buying the car but disappointing. Also the vehicle had terrible summer tires and bad winters and dealer wasn't willing to do anything for that. Bought the vehicle anyway service besides that was good.

There is truly not one good thing to say about this place. I would give no stars if I could. I know my comment comes from a place of anger but after several instances of being extremely disappointed and mistreated, here I am. I purchased my car back in February, I went to look at the car, test drove it, did several walkarounds, and finally made the decision to purchase it. On the day I went to pick up the car I thankfully did one final look over, THANKFULLY because the car was damaged. someone has reversed into something which resulted in the entire bumper being spider webbed. Thankfully I saw this before leaving the lot and addressed this issue right away. This issue took several weeks of arguing, and having to show up to the dealership several times for me to finally speak to a manager and get the issue resolved. The affected area was simply just covered with paint after I argued multiple times that I would like the bumper to be replaced and to be of the condition it was when I first looked at the car. Fast forward to today where I had to call customer service due to a battery issue, which is perfectly normal especially given the cold weather. However, the attitude and disrespect I received from the girl I was speaking to was completely uncalled for. I am someone who does not know much about cars, hence why I am calling the dealership to get an appointment or to find further information on my battery issue. But to be spoken to in such a way that one, I should have known exactly what the issue was and two, to assume that I have all the necessary tools inside my small condo to test and charge a battery is just ridiculous. The best piece of advice I can give to anyone reading these comments is to take your business to Honda Vaudreuil. After having such a terrible experience multiple times at Ile-Perrot, I decided to give Vaudreuil a call and from the beginning to the end of the conversation I was spoken to with respect, guided through my issues, asked the necessary questions to find the root to my issues and was scheduled an appointment the very next day. Oh and if my chance Honda Ile-Perrot reads this comment, I will not be showing up to my appointment which I was told will take an entire day minimum and as a result will NOT be given a curtesy car.

After explaining to the service manager that they had forgotten to tighten the bolts on my wheels and almost lost my wheel on the road, I was received by sarcastic and rude remarks. He said I should by a 6/49 ticket as it never happens, is he for real?? Two days after I have my tires installed I lose some bolts and I should buy a lottery ticket?? I’ve never been treated like an animal like This before, zero courtesy and respect, also not taking responsibility for their mistake. An absolute joke, I will never spend a penny at this place again.

I really enjoyed my experience with my sales person Melissa. I was unfortunately very disappointed in the Finance Manager Jean- Pierre, who did my loan application and quoted me a 7.9% interest rate, then offered me a 6.4% interest rate with Gap Insurance (that the dealership and specifically him gets a good cut of). When I asked him about how he got to the interest rate, he wasn't able to provide me with a clear answer. ~1.5% increase in interest is pretty hefty and it was shady for him to find a convenient rate that was .01% less than my original loan. I ended up getting my correct rate. I looked up this sales strategy and many fiance managers do this; it felt shady to me. I hope this can help any buyers out there that are looking for a car and want to understand the tactics of some F&I managers. In my personal opinion, if you do do business with Honda Ile Perrot, I would recommend working with Melissa Bissonette as your salesperson and NOT working with Jean-Pierre as your Finance Manager.
