While the psychologists are good (depends as not everyone clicks with everyone), the rest of the team is quite questionable under the EFAP program. Particularly, Case manager Karen Caissie. If you get her handling your file, request a transfer to someone else who is more sensible and respectful. This individual was extremely condescending and gives unsolicited medical advice even though she is not a certified physician (which is in fact a violation of policy) and to top it off, was extremely incompetent at her work. What a waste of salary and benefits for this organization having such an individual. Try reporting her, the upper management will profusely apologize and take no action and her peers will give excuses for her. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this individual.

Let us choose our own therapists and reimburse a certain number of sessions so we get treatment from someone we connect with that values our mental health. Not everyone who desperately needs therapy can afford the $200 an hour price tag or can survive poor quality counseling
