This place is a cess pool of racist attitudes towards Indigenous and black people by staff and clients.It is not a safe space.This is shameful considering the contract are from large cities and terroities.If you are a person who is not white dont agree to go here. Clients using racial slurs while watching sports. And Inuit and First nations being profiled differently than the white people. Its like an old boys club attitude. There needs to be accountability to making patients feel unsafe thatn it affects trust that hinders treatment goals. Its like we have stepped back in time the attitudes are as old as the buildings
