I had used this company for 3 years, I would suggest you go elsewhere for your taxes. They are over priced and double your fee each year. I must say, that one year they had me over pay on taxes. The next year the employee who found the mistake they made and notified me was gone shortly there after. No one ever followed up with me on whether I would get the money back or what would be the next steps.The last year my mom had past due to cancer, they made my life a living hell to get my taxes done demanding 2x the amount at last minute no notification of fee changes in advance.. Like I would have the time to find a new one in such a short time with all I had to deal with. Look, shop around there are good ones out there. Don't waste your hard earned money on people that have no respect for you or your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not trust Tim Chang. Look at his reviews at Dunn’s 5031 Bank Street. See how he treats his employees. He abuses staff in front of customers. Just google Tim Chang it’s some good reading. I had to look into Tim after reading his reviews at Dunn’s. I’m sure the government is after him, think twice before you trust him with your money. Tim I understand gas not paid employees, rent, suppliers. Just a great way to do business. Not much integrity here.
