★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hit a deer in December and took my truck to Hometown Autobody. It's now June and I still dont have my truck back. Everytime we call we're told it'll be ready next week. Ridiculous!!
Do not take you vehicle here!!!

If you get work done at this establishment make sure you look over the work as the devil is in the details at a glance the work will look good put look closer! There are spots were I can see that the paint peald off with the tape when they removed it and some spots have stated to oxidized were the pain was peald off. They did not call me after they ran out of pain and know that the job would be delayed. Finally the clear coat they applyed is pealing off, I will need to bring my veacal to another body shop to fix this.

I do not know how they can even call themselves an actual working business.
Horrible customer service, job was never done after 6 months of having our truck.
Excuse after excuse.
Unanswered calls etc
They NEVER answer the phone.
My husband was waaaaay to patient giving them the benefit of the doubt.
So obvious they hadn’t touched it, and weren’t going to.
They knew we were out of the province and couldn’t get back because of COVID to go there ourselves.
If the job wasn’t wanted, SAY SO.
Don’t screw someone out of have their vehicle!!!!!!!
I don’t know how anyone with a conscience can behave in such a way.
