★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to Erickson’s as I needed an E test and they could provide that service. I have to say that they were efficient, ready for me when I arrived, reasonably priced(had to return for some work), clean shop and not only very friendly, both front desk and technicians, but I felt I was dealing with a very professional, reliable and most importantly, honest company. When dealing with modern day vehicles with all their codes that mean nothing to the layperson, it’s nice to feel confident that you’re being treated fairly. Erickson’s gave me that feeling. We will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For everyone reading these reviews. The only good reviews he has are from family and friends posting. He is not fair on price nor a good mechanic. He is very expensive and price gouges anyone he can. This is an honest review, stay clear of him and save yourself alot of money by going to a good mechanic who will never rip you off or take advantage of you. Like for example an excellent mechanic shop is Griffen Auto Tek in Point Edward. Ray is honest, reliable and affordable.
This Ericksons is a joke and con artist. Stay Clear of Erickson's, you have been warned.
Edit... Erickson's price for repair just under $1000. Any other shop $500 taxes in. What a crook. Stay clear of this scam artist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my wife's car in for a brake job, told them the pedal was soft. $1700 later, the car has the same issue and my key fob no longer works. They clearly didn't take the car for a test drive afterwards to make sure the issue was resolved. My wife took the car out after and rolled through a stop sign with our 2 kids in the car. I will be taking my business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price on switching summer tires to winters but I didn't ask for a quote on the oil change and wow did I ever get a shock! The most expensive oil change ever for me and this vehicle! I called the dealer afterwards to find out they were $40 cheaper and that Jiffy Lube was $110 less. Fool me once.......
