★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be patient.Staff were a bit brusque and seemed overwhelmed by curbside pickup. Had to call several times before getting an answer. They seem understaffed for the volume of work they're doing. Plan for 15 extra minutes on your order and you'll be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff was helpful and polite. Yard staff was not helpful and asked me to rush and get out off the property by closing. It took me longer to load up my lumber by myself then if he helped me. He waited impatiently at the gate to close it after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's our favourite go to hardware store in Grand Bend for stuff you forgot at home or that needs replacing.
We're camping at the Pinery and the portable BBQ that came with our second hand trailer was less than adequate; the previous owner never cleaned it or took good care of it - we did get one seasons use. So, off to Home Hardware this morning, right after breakfast.
They had one in stock, at our price range; a staffer took it out of the box for us to ensure all the parts were with it.
Great service and helpful staff. Small town friendly.

The selection of different products is poor compared to other home renovation stores.
The convenience of the store is not there being outside of town.
On the bright side there is lots of parking on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in advance of going to ensure product was available. Friendly, courteous staff member assisted during the phone call as well as in person to make sure I had the correct items. Even showed me a product similar but at a reduce price. Stated if the product didn't meet the individual purchased for expectations to bring it back and would gladly find another product that did.
Very happy with purchase, price and the outgoing staff member that made it possible. Thank you Levi for all your assistance during this process!! Much appreciated
