The issue I have with Holyland Monuments is their indifference to their customers, their lack of empathy, their failure at basic customer experience, and their lack of respect. After agreeing to create my father’s headstone, Sam/Shlomo was difficult to reach and did not communicate with our family over the progress. When the headstone was installed, we saw that it was made incorrectly and we tried to reach him to understand what options we had to fix it. We had none. Instead of offering to help us, Sam/Shlomo yelled at me aggressively that I was the problem and he could not do anything about it. Holyland should understand they're working with bereaved families and should at the very least handle themselves with empathy and respect. Holyland monument's biggest failing is that they don’t care. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. I’ve told all my friends and I hope they’ll tell their friends. Take your business elsewhere, somewhere where people care for others and do the job correctly.
R	Raffi T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was a pleasure to deal with. Brought my 84 your old dad there to shop for a gravestone for my mother's, and ultimately my father's, own resting place. This place will literally save you THOUSANDS of dollars and deliver you an outstanding product. Shopped around to a few places and Holyland was $1000 cheaper than the next most expensive, and there was zero sacrificing quality. The only hiccup in the process was the awful lady from Pine Hills Cemetery because they want you spending all your money with them and give you ZERO assistance if you buy from another party. Sam handles everything for you. Strongly recommend.

Everything was done as agreed and on time and Sam was pleasant to work with. I wish everyone a healthy and long life and to stay away from places like this for as long as we can, but if you are looking for a monument, I highly recommend these guys. Thank You!

They are literally more than half the price than what the cemetery quoted us and the quality of the stone is much better. We gave Slave a design and he drafted a detailed drawing based on the size and and proportions we wanted. No matter how many times I called them with questions or changes, they were always VERY patient, accommodating and pleasant. Sam knew that we wanted it installed in time for Christmas and we were SO HAPPY that he delivered it on Xmas Eve. It looks even better in person. Thank you so much Sam & Slave!

I know that during COVID it took some time to bring the monument to Toronto, but it worked out great. You have installed it a day after my mom’s birthday and we love you for that.
