★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers for a friend the same day. The flower presentation was fantastic. Simple yet elegant. However, the man who delivered the flowers has an attitude. I asked what time would be the expected delivery of my order. He said before 5pm. He didn’t give me window time and notification that he’s on the way. With busy schedule at work, I wish he could have sent atleast a message so I can meet him up at the door on time. He got mad at me for calling a couple of times. Overall, I am still satisfied with my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a very last minute order today for my moms flowers for Mother’s Day, due to my regular florist I go to canceling my order this morning although I placed it 3 days ago. I was expecting to either have this order canceled or wait a while due to it being Mother’s Day however I received my flowers in under an hour and they are absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much Birchmount Florist! We will be getting our flowers here from now on!

a wreath display that I needed the same day in just three hours and it was beautifully made and delivered an hour before I even needed it! Best part was I had a received a call after the delivery had been delivered as well! I loved my experience and definitely would
