★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called the 24/7 emergency phone line provided to my father after his cataract surgery and no one answered. We called multiple times and even left a VM. This could’ve resulted in a very unsafe outcome for my father.. they should monitor this service better.

Second time had to correct them to do the left eye. They forgot to call me husband to come and get me. Forgot to give me a receipt. Tried calling but no answer. Dr Peter was great…. The staff is not organized. How can there be that many people there and no 9ne to answer a phone….!!!!
