★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this was a super intense experience. I've never had a pranic healing session before, but whatever happened there was unlike anything I've felt. If you believe in energy/higher power and you have a sticky mental health concern, I highly recommend this. Very powerful experience and I havent felt this centered in quite a while.
