Holly was an incredible real estate agent when my husband and I purchased our first home together. She spent many days and evenings showing us properties and she was extremely patient with us every step of the way. After several weeks of looking, when we finally found “the one” Holly worked quickly to ensure we got the negotiations done that day. She even came across the city and met us in a parking lot so we could sign our offer before we left on vacation. We will always be grateful to Holly for the amazing service she gave us and I would highly recommend her.

I have known Holly Bennett both professionally and personally for over 20 years. In 2005, Holly helped me navigate the world of numerous buyers, price wars, even people buying sight unseen in the height of the market. My home sold for top dollar, and well above asking price! Twelve years later, Holly helped me sell my second home, which meant a bit more work in a less robust marketplace. Her work was impeccable, and she spent many hours ensuring the marketing materials were exceptional. It took only three open houses but again, my home sold for more than the asking price. Not only does she understand the housing market in Calgary, but also the general financial markets that drive the real estate industry. Holly is extremely knowledgeable about every detail of home buying and selling. From the mechanics, HVAC, roofing of a single-family home, to condo boards, special assessments in multi-unit dwellings, she is extremely detailed oriented. She does her homework and treats your transaction as if it were her own. Her honesty and integrity are paramount in her business transactions. But beware, she'll likely end up being more than just your realtor, and probably more like a good friend.

There are not enough stars! Holly truly went above and beyond to help me purchase a property - she toured houses, took video, helped with condo board approval for my dog, arranged the inspection, had the condo docs reviewed, liaised with my mortgage company, and even picked up the keys/did the final walk-through for me when I couldn't attend. I've bought and sold 6 houses before, and never had this level of service. Rockstar!!!

My experience working with Holly started in June 2021. I was throwing the idea around moving back to Alberta from British Columbia where I owned a property. I was looking at a condo that Holly was the agent for. The property was very unique. It was also a wheelchair accessible. Which was what I was looking for. The property turned out not a great fit for me. Holly then offered to help find the right property for me and my family in Calgary if I decided to sell. I decided to sell. She then was able to recommend a couple of real estate agents in the town I lived in. So I put my house up for sale and I moved into an apartment in Calgary. Where I planned to stay for one year and then maybe purchase a house. Due to a family emergency. I needed to have a house bigger than my apartment. I also needed it quite quickly. Because I'm in a chair I had to involve an occupational therapist and a architect, because I needed a specific layout for the house to work for me. Holly, eager to learn more about accessibility issues. Worked side-by-side with everybody trying to find the perfect fit for me and my family. Once the property was found an offer was put in that day as there was other people putting in offers. We signed the deal with a quick possession date and a fair price. Holly was there for me every step of the way. She let in the inspector and contractor when needed. She even cut me a handful of keys as the previous owner only had one. She then hand-delivered them to my house where I had been on bed rest and unable to leave the house the whole time. Now in just a few days we move in where the whole family can be back together again including my dogs. This all took place in just under five months! I could not have done it without you Holly!! I can’t speak highly enough of Holly Bennett. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She went over and above to assist us selling my mother’s condo, located in another city, and was in regular contact to keep us informed. I met Holly for the first time when she gave us a consultation regarding the listing of my Mom’s property.
