V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Swimming pool - although we ended up not using it. Bathroom was kept clean. Negative: Long line-ups during peak hours with only 1 or 2 staff to handle all the guests. Parking was not free. Had to register for house keeping.

J	Judeee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was perfect, however the cleanliness was only "fair". My colleague had to change rooms 3 times because of cleaning issues in each room. This was unsettling to me because I was now concerned about my room. We check out earlier than we wanted and checked into a different Holiday Inn (Airport West). Staying at the Airport West was worth the 20 min drive downtown!!!
C	Co Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the hotel vibes. It’s classy and has the old style to it, very nice. I appreciate the restaurant staff, they were very kind and compassionate to me by the names of Jessica and Alex. I look forward to staying here in future. I recommend this hotel!!!
M	Mollie Spence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was great but when it came to checking out my room got paid but they continue to try take payment out of my credit card saying I did not pay even though I have confirmation from my credit card company that they received my payment and it is going on 2 weeks that they everyday try attempt the room cost on my card. Poor customer service when it comes to speaking with manager. Not once did the manager return my calls and front desk keeps saying I did not pay. I even emailed them a copy from my end showing they received the amount for my stay. Probably will never stay again due to the payment hassle and poor customer service
P	Patrick204 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to stay at a hotel to have time to ourselves and we found the staff are perfect, we had a mess up and got free drinks on the house for it which is amazing. The white guy doing night shift is my favourite person, always the best with him and the breakfast for $10 each a night is cheap and super good. The hotels are always good and love the view of the rooms, one thing I wish that I could get is I’m a member now so I hope I can get deals on the rooms.

Negative: It felt very unsafe, our car was broken into within 24 hours with windows smashed, even though when we checked in the front desk clerk said it was a monitored parking lot. After the break in the clerk then said that this is a major issue at this hotel.
A	Adrianna Dingle-Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible experience never again!? booked one night with 2 friends, the pool was out of service wasn’t told about that when we booked. Booked the hotel so we could have a pool. Went during the last snow storm and our room was freezing had to wait 30 min for someone to come fix it. The shower was also broken, our room hadn’t been cleaned there was tons of garbage stuffed under the beds. The ice machine on our floor was broken as well. Had no where to park they refused to give directions. Plus they told us they would call us a cab we waited 30 min and ended up calling our own. Then after being charged a stupid amount for rude service and a disgusting room they charged us an extra $50 for “water damage on a desk” just a joke.
