★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent plase, super good service, nice big rooms with living room and kitchen, balcony, free breakfast, very hapy and relaxed stay, bring your food if you dine late, all restaurants close by, closes between 9 and 10 pm. 100% recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Thé ski in and out Thé breakfast Thé gym and spa Negative: I just don¿t like the fact that they charge me twice for a pre authorization. I know it was a mistake and the staff was really sorry about it. But going to mont tremblant is not cheap ¿¿

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING SERVICE. Spent my birthday on the mountain over the last weekend of April and the suite was gorgeous. The next morning my partner and I accidently locked our keys in our vehicle and the maintenence man Howard was able to help us get into the vehicle to unlock it. He spent upwards of 45 minutes trying different methods until something worked. He was kind, dedicated , and definently deserves some solid recognition and a raise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent. This location is affordable yet conveniently located inside the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village. Both concierges at the front desk went above and beyond to help me, answering all the questions at near midnight check-in and finding a room at a lower rate than the ones online when I had to stay an extra night. Also, having provided with EV charging station without an additional fee was extra helpful in this costly ski-resort. Thanks Holiday Inn - Tremblant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible booking experience, was double charged, also was given a room directly above the main entrance of the hotel. Broken/missing curtains made it impossible to sleep and when I complained to the front desk, they kind of joked about it like I should laugh this off. After about 1.5 hrs wasted and some verification this (3rd curtain was gone) I was able to switch rooms.
I would not recommend as it seemed almost impossible to have a good time while dealing with strangers watching me change / car headlights shining directly in my room. and being mocked about it by reception did not help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We had a queen suite, it was everything we were looking for, for our one night excursion. The staff was oh so friendly, knowledgable and didn't rush like I've had happen at other hotels.
Cleanliness was 10/10. You could tell the cleaning team took their time to make sure they presented us with top quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With respect to the hotel stay, everything was really good. The room was spacious and clean, check-in and out was easy and quick, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. It's a short minute walk to and from the cabriolet.
At breakfast, 2 of the days I asked for a tea, I was provided with hit water and a rea bag. On the other day I was given an empty cup and told I had tea bags and a kettle in my room.
Lastly, I'm really disappointed in the way the hotel handled the situation of my son's bathing suit that was taken from the room. I had checked out already, but my son was staying an extra night with friends, in a room across from our room. We immediately realized he left his bathing suit in the room, and went to the front desk. They were busy and said nothing had been turned, and wouldn't let him back in the room to grab it. After multiple phone calls and visits to the front desk, we were repeatedly told they would leave a message for housekeeping and maintenance, but no one ever got back to us. It's obviously that the housekeeping member that cleaned the room took the bathing suit and never turned it in, and the hotel did very little to look into it further. Unfortunately, it would take a lot for me to trust staying here again. That may seem extreme just for a bathing suit, but it was how it was handled that I'm really disappointed in.
