★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place, the single queen rooms that I had booked for work each had apartment sized fridges, quartz and granite countertops, a table, etc. Everything was well maintained, staff were helpful, and it was a good experience.
5/5, would not hesitate to stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew we were staying in Cold Lake but I didn’t know it was also going to be a cold “hot tub” and cold “shower”. We were not told of any boiler issues but all of the water was cold. Staff were friendly enough but they could definitely turn up the heat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re unsure of where to stay in Cold Lake, stay here. It is your typical Holiday Inn and the staff are really quite nice. Breakfast was well stocked and the coffee was kept hot and fresh.

The gym has a squat rack and barbell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, great staff. Had a little tech issue with our tv but they had it fixed in no time. The free breakfast is great. Will get my business anytime I'm in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been traveling through Cold Lake as one of my many overnight pit stops for the last 7 years and I go through every 6 to 8 weeks and this hotel is hands down one of the cleanest well kept hotels throughout my territory which includes all of Northern, Western and Eastern Alberta and into Saskatchewan. They truly have set the bar extremely high.
All of the staff are extremely friendly, courteous and professional and legitimately make you feel sincerely welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in many hotels over many years - but this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. :-) Super clean - with a lot of thought into the smallest detail - such a great room - well designed. Very helpful staff .... great bed. Did I say SUPER CLEAN? it sure was. I did not have the breakfast - so I cannot comment on that - I just had the fresh coffee in the morning - that was great too. Definitely a 5 out of 5.
