Where do I start! After 2 failed attempts at a local dealership, we decided to go elsewhere. We drove 2 hours to deal with Hogan and would do it all over again! Sandy came out and greeted us for our appointment. She was extremely helpful and professional. She made buying a car a dream. When we walked in the dealership, everyone stopped their conversation to greet us. While we were out test driving the vehicle they assessed our current car. They came back with an honest, reasonable price. We also dealt with Lucy to discuss final numbers and warranty top up. She was also fantastic! When we went to give out deposit, they had a screen at their front desk with our names greeting us for our appointment. A simple gesture that goes along way. Today was pick up day and Allison was also amazing! She was very efficient and friendly. She goes through all of the features of your vehicle and helps you feel comfortable in your new car! Overall, it was a great experience and I would DEFINITELY drive 2 hours there and back to do it all over again!

Have a Brand New 2021 Tahoe purchased from this dealership. Had to be towed from my driveway a couple months ago. Fixed but immediately broke down again. Never repaired. To date, I am driving a car that is malfunctioning. It has been well over a month with check engine and other lights flashing - the performance, gas mileage and putrid smell are constant. I am unable to get a call back or any reliable information from Hogan. I do not recommended this dealership.

i was doing some last minute shopping for a used car on the night of the 27th and went into the dealership the next day to check out the 2015 Chevrolet Trax that i now own. i was connected to my sales advisor Paul Yoo via Josh who is an absolute sport and made my first time as a car buyer a breeze. the process was fast and efficient, for i went in via appointment to check out the car i was interested in and next thing you know we’re signing papers. Don Mackenzie who was dealing with our finances is one of the most welcoming people that i have ever met; explained things and made the process for car financing a-not-so intimidating experience like it usually is with a character like Don. i then met Alison Bettridge who is the Delivery Specialist. Again, another great personality who is a part of the Hogan team! From when i signed the papers on the 28th to picking up my car on the 31st, Alison helped and reassured me in all the questions and concerns that i had with NO hesitation and with quick/informative responses. Paul, Don and Alison are amazing people and i am more than proud to say that i got my first car from Hogan because of them. to the hogan team that i was able to work with, thank you for ending my 2020 and starting my 2021 with my first vehicle and the lovely impression that you left me with!

The only way to resolve this matter would be for a full refund of what was spent to β€œfix” the problem that was promised to be fixed. I called many times to get answers. I got more runarounds than anything. It’s really sad these days when company’s can take someone’s hard earned money (especially during a pandemic where people are losing jobs left l, right and CENTER,) and do not complete a service. I went in to get the heat fixed, almost $900 later, the car is STILL cold. This was months ago and I have to drive my little girl to school in a cold car every single day ALL because of dishonesty. That money could have been used to feed my family and instead it went into the pockets of those who would rather rob food from the mouths of innocent children. Very very sad. I pray that something will be done about this matter!!!

Purchased brand new set of wheels from this dealership, that made squealing noises. For approx 6 months I brought the car in numerous times for them to fix the issue. Each time, they "replaced a pin” or β€œadjusted the pads” or took it out for a drive to "burn in the pads" and still nothing. One time the service manager jokes to me to "just turn the volume up lol" so I don't hear it. Another time, after being told it's fixed, I drove it out of the bay, only to bring it back around so that all the staff can hear the squealing. I escalated to GM, however, because I bought the tires at this dealership, only this dealership was able to address this issue. I went in 5 times within 6 months to address this issue, and then finally gave up. I now go to City Buick which is a much better option in Scarborough. Shout out to Debbie and the lady at the front service desk, who were the only people that helped me out.

I went to this dealer ship to have my check engine light diagnosed and to have a repair done to my vehicle which they told me in a previous appointment, would be covered by my warranty. I brought my vehicle back in and when I went to retrieve the vehicle when I found that the repair wasn't done. When I questioned them about it, they told me that they would not be fixing it because it's not covered by my warranty. I decided not to waste anymore time with this dealership and I chose to go visit "Gus Brown GMC" in Whitby. Within 2 hours of my arrival I had the repair done and they even provided me with a free car wash when they gave me my paperwork. I will never be returning to "Hogan GMC".

So impressed with our entire vehicle experience at Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd.! Amazing staff! From Paul Yoo, Internet Sales Manager who patiently answered all our email inquiries (and who even did a little video of the vehicle for us), to 'visiting' with Don Mackenzie, to being able to say hello and say just how impressed we were to owner Drew Foss. And finally a special shout-out to Delivery Specialist, Alison Bettridge who made picking up a new vehicle seamlessly easy in all the arrangements to be cared for! We will be back 'to visit' and highly recommend this well-organized dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle!
