Formula Honda

The current brand manager, Nicky, who was once the sales rep that sold me my car has always been so pleasant to work with. He never made me feel pressured to purchase and always went above and beyond his job. I've been to quite a few dealerships but ultimately made my purchase with this one and will go back again in the future - even though it is far from where I live now. 100% recommend!

Called to inquire for a used vehicle, told me it's available for a test drove. Got there, sales rep went on to spend 10 minutes to locate the vehicle, only to find out that it was still in the process of cleaning and wasn't able to test drive. Inquired for new vehicle instead, the 2022 civic. Since they didn't have any in stock, the sales rep just brushed it off. At no point did the sales rep bother to even give me details if it's available for order then, presuming they think I wasn't serious in buying one. Well, I ended up at another dealership and while the model and trim wasn't available, I test drove the upgraded trim instead. They even went on to provide me details to the ordering process even when I gave no clear indication that I was for sure purchasing one. I ended up ordering a new vehicle with them instead. At no point was I treated poorly by them, or pushed for upgrades and anything but, provided me the details should I be interested. They were actually professional in their job. Your dealership lost a very likely potential sale, and earned this 1 star review for the lack of courtesy and time provided to me. You also wasted my time driving to your dealership only to find out the used vehicle wasn't even available for a test drive. I wish your team can improve how to treat potential customers better.

A huge thanks to Kevin Yeung!!!! I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Formula Honda. Kevin provided us with the best possible service. I shopped around town and went to a few Honda dealers, but the service and the price I got from Formula Honda were incredibly good. Kevin went an extra mile to help us get the speedy delivery of the vehicle. The Manager and the financial services advisor were all friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone to go to Formula Honda and especially to Kevin for the purchase of their vehicle.

Top Tier Repair/Service Department! Excellent Customer Service; From calling in to book the service appointment on my Honda CR-V to getting it checked-in, getting an Uber home, getting constant updates on the progress.. everything top a notch experience. Special Thanks to San, he is exceptional! I still had my winter tires on, and my summer tires were at home in my shed. San came to my house himself and retrieved my summer tires so we can get them changed over while doing other work. Just fantastic, very appreciated.

Sheryl Dela Cruz is so phenomenal. She is not just a sales person but beautiful inside and out and a Honda’s Brand Ambassador too. When it comes to getting your car Formula Honda is highly recommended dealer. They will go beyond your expectations. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. Raj and Shane were the two people who assisted with the purchase of my beautiful Honda CR-V. How ever the process was horribly painful. They did somehow swing me the financing I will give them that. How? I have no idea. Besides the point. Very unprofessional. Huge miscommunication. I showed up to the dealership thinking I was purchasing one vehicle; instead I showed up to a completely different vehicle then expected… even after I double checked with Shane, before I drove two hours that it was the sonic grey vehicle and NOT the white one. He confirmed. I was not told the mess up until I arrived at the dealership. I was also told I was bringing my vehicle home that day in which was not true. I was very upset and felt completely blindsided at this point. They did proceed to get the vehicle I wanted with much hassle of working out the financing that magically in the end happened to work out. Come pick up day was a whole different story. I was told to provide my bank info in which I did. I had THREE people in total argue with me that I gave them the incorrect information from my bank when the whole time they had no clue what they were talking about. I arrive home to find a dent in the vehicle I purchased. I also was not given the Mats I was promised with the purchase of my VERY expensive vehicle and now behind ignored by the person who promised this. Again very unprofessional and I wish I could have helped someone else get commission from the purchase of my vehicle. Anyways I do love my CR-V, BUT It was the most FRUSTRATING, and infuriating experience. I would not recommend this dealership. Thankful for my beautiful vehicle that’s the only reason I gave a second star.

Amazing service and delivery time. I ordered a Honda Accord, where everyone is taking 3-4 months minimum to deliver a car at this time I got my car delivered in 2 months. Specifically Faizan was very friendly and helpful always kept me updated, even when he was on holiday he helped me out with my questions and queries. Would recommend everyone to buy your car from here. Keep up the good work Formula Honda ✌?
